SHIPPING

  1. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 2-3 business days once items are shipped.
  2. Orders are processed within 2 business days before shipping.
  3. iEyeCandy isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. iEyeCandy does not hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered unless the address was wrong on our end.

CHICAGO CUSTOMERS
If you are a CHICAGO customer iEyeCandy doesn’t require you to order online because lashes are on hand. The correct way to place an order for lashes is through the LASHLINE. Once you place an order through our lash line iEyeCandy will provide a pick-up or delivery time. iEyeCandy will NOT be responsible for Durham orders placed online and we will NOT refund the shipping fee.


RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
No exchanges unless wrong product was sent out.
